How do you relax?

Careering towards Christmas this year, I’m just hoping everything will be ready on time with food, presents and people ending up in the right place at the right time. Expecting a quiet December, I’ve been taken aback with coachees asking for sessions with me, which has been wonderful. It’s left me short on time but energised and excited for Christmas and for year 2 of Crescendo Coaching.

I’ve still managed to fit in some grounding yoga classes, I’ve baked and decorated the Christmas cake (pic her to give you a laugh) and I’ve done a few challenging bike rides so am heading into the break feeling pretty good.

I always end up chatting with my coaching clients about how they relax and take themselves away from the day to day. Some of the answers are surprising: rock climbing, swimming comes up a lot, sewing, singing, Pilates…how do you do it?
