New year pressure
January means beginnings and resolutions for many of us. It can be refreshing and energising, however, lots of people put pressure on themselves at this time of year to make something happen.
A new year is a great time to make a change you’ve been considering or to put into practice an idea that has come to you during the festive period. New job, change of career, new business, fitness goals, something that will make you feel your best self, whatever your goal…
